Patent Reform - District Court

This Blog is Switching its Focus

Hello District Court blog readers. Very shortly this blog is going to switch its focus from covering all district court decisions to focus on IP issues in the Northern District of California. There will continue to be a focus on patent law and occasionally we may discuss other District Court decisions, particularly if they have relevance to Silicon Valley. As Santa Clara University School of Law is located right in the heart of Silicon Valley (ND Cal turf), we think we can get more in depth and add more value to you by closely focusing on ND Cal.

Other district court blogs that follow IP issues that I’m aware of are:

The Chicago IP Litigation Blog

The Deleware IP Law Blog

The Eastern District of Texas Federal Practice Blog

The Florida Intellectual Property Law Blog

I do check all of these blogs and Tech LawForum’s ND Cal Blog will be similarly formatted.

Change can be good, but I’ve enjoyed articles about W.D. Wash. cases, and others courts. None of the links you list include NYC and other courts with significant IP caseloads. Hope that the change is good.
