Interview: Professor F. Scott Kieff on Patent Policy

Scott Kieff, a law professor at Washington U and Research Fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institute, is an expert on patent law and policy. Prior to joining academia Professor Kieff practiced as a trial lawyer and patent attorney for six years and was a clerk to Judge Rich on the Federal Circuit. On August 15th, 2006, Scott spoke to Jenny Lynn Cox at TLF on the topics of patent law and policy, covering a wide range of topics including recent Supreme Court cases like eBay and the proposed reform of post grant review.
